Join Susan Sanders, executive Director of the Post and Courier Foundation, as she and her colleagues give you practical, actionable advice on how to work with the media in ways that will maximize your coverage. You’ll learn how to appeal to the newsroom, the features section, community, and opinion pages. Whether it’s newspapers or broadcast media, the same rules apply. Susan will be joined by Ann Mitchell, features editor of the Post and Courier, and Jane Kleine, editor for “Your Lowcountry” and community news. They’ll provide real-world examples of good and not-so-good approaches, and will be happy to answer your questions at the conclusion of the presentation.
